A quick response sheet tracks, updates and combines information and Q&As throughout a crisis to aid the public affairs officer in an effective response, no matter the subject.

This quick response sheet template compiles the following information:

As crises can change in the blink of an eye, there may be several iterations of the same quick response sheet, with updated facts and messaging. Instead of deleting outdated information, consider using a color code system to track each version.
