During a crisis, information can make or break a successful community correspondence. One great way to streamline the query process and provide continuity across messaging is to use a quick response sheet. A quick response sheet tracks, updates and combines information and Q&As throughout a crisis to aid the public affairs officer in an effective response, no matter the subject.
This quick response sheet template compiles the following information:
- Subject
- PA posture/guidance
- Top-line messages
- Q&As
As crises can change in the blink of an eye, there may be several iterations of the same quick response sheet, with updated facts and messaging. Instead of deleting outdated information, consider using a color code system to track each version.
