The Command Rundown Card is a messaging tool that benefits both the Public Affairs professional and the subject matter expert (SME). The card lists event logistics and briefing details to enhance situational awareness.

Attention!
Check with your unit to ensure there are no local templates that should be used instead.

Before sending a commander to an event, they must be briefed on their role. A well-constructed briefing card gives the important information, as well as finer details that will allow the commander to manage the flow with no missed opportunities.
