During a crisis, it is important to provide a situation report to leaders to help them make informed decisions in the organization's best interest. Use this template to provide timely intel that includes:

  • Summary of significant PA activities
  • Number of accredited news media on-scene
  • Media activity in the last 24 hours
    • Internal Command Information (CI)
    • News releases issued
    • Significant external media Response to Queries (RTQs)
  • Future CI and Media Operations
    • Internal CI
    • External Media
  • Combat Camera activity and location(s)
  • Armed Forces Radio Television Services (AFRTS) Issues
