  • Condition of persons, if known:
    • Number of fatalities
    • Number of injuries
  • Point of contact information

Distributing Your News Release

Convert your completed release into a PDF and distribute via email or direct the media to a link on your organization's website that hosts a digital copy of your media kit and/or news releases. Make sure all information is reviewed and approved by leadership and released by persons with release authority to speak to the media.
