In accordance with the authority in DoD Directive 5122.05, this issuance: Establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides procedures for the appropriate use of artificial intelligence capabilities in conducting DoW public affairs activities. Specifies policy governance frameworks, including policy limitations, to ensure that AI capabilities are used responsibly, with appropriate oversight and transparency, to support DoW PA activities.
